Introducing Chef Vincent "Vinnie" Bagford

Chef Vincent is the owner and operator of our restaurant. He and his wife, Xuan Ha bring many attributes to the table. Vinnie is an award-winning chef who has prepared himself for a career as a restaurateur. He has more than 15 years of industry experience, having worked at various eating and catering establishments.


Educational Experience

As a junior in high school, Vinnie left school to attend vocational school at Greene County Career Center. While there, he competed in the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America hot food team competition. Vinnie proved to be a natural. He became the captain of the hot foods team and led them to be first in the state of Ohio. During the 1999 to 2000 school year, he and the team were ranked fourth in the nation. Later, Vinnie attended and graduated from Johnson & Wales University™.


Striving for Success

Having also played sports since an early age, Vinnie enjoys being competitive. He has the drive to win and succeed in any competition. He has also regularly worked more than 50-hour work weeks, which has given him the stamina to lead his restaurant team.


Meet Our Co-Owner

Xuan Ha is the co-owner and managing partner of our restaurant. She was born and raised in Vietnam. While in school, Xuan studied to gain an education in hospitality. After school, she worked in one of the country's largest banquet and catering event halls, the White Palace. Xuan worked many years for the establishment.

Coming to America with the dream of one day sharing her family's and Vietnam's passion for fresh, healthy, and delicious food with everyone.


Starting Our Business

Xuan has a positive personality and is very detailed. She is always smiling and enjoys welcoming individuals to our eatery.  Xuan wanted to find a way to introduce people to her culture through food.  The opportunity arose, and this led to her going into business with her husband. It would be a way for her to reach people through Food, the "Universal Language".
